Having worked together as colleagues, business partners and customers, spanning North America, Europe and Asia Pacific, they have come together to build a new and innovative type of advisory services business that brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise and experience to organisations venturing or expanding into the outsourcing market. 

Its Founder and CEO, Richard Patterson, spent the past 28 years building and running a global IT and Customer Services outsourcing company, Merlin, that was eventually acquired in 2016 by a $2.5B global BPO organisation headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

Our CEO in Asia Pacific, Jonathan Smith ‘Jono’, spent the last 20 years in the call centre industry in Australia and The Philippines and was at the forefront of the development of The Philippines as a leading offshore location. Jono founded Shore Solutions in 2007, building the company to over 2000 seats before it was acquired by an Australian contact centre company in 2015.

Our Associate Director, Don Felbaum, is one of The Philippines leading experts and influencers in the BPO and Technology Sectors including Telecoms, IT-Enabled Services and Information & Communications Technology.  With over 30 year’s experience in The Philippine and Asian markets, Don brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from broad general management, team leadership, entrepreneurial vision and business development including start-ups, mergers & acquisitions and project funding.
